Commerce is a division of trade or production which deals with the exchange of goods and services from producer to final consumer OR commerce is the exchange of goods and services from the point of production to the point of consumption to satisfy human wants. It comprises the trading of something of economic value such as goods, services, information, or money between two or more entities. Commerce functions as the central mechanism which drives capitalism and certain other economic systems (but compare command economy, for example). Commercialization or commercialisation consists of the process of transforming something into a product, service or activity which one may then use in commerce. Commerce involves trade and aids to trade which help in the exchange of goods and services.

What is the best language to learn for coding an e-commerce shopping cart?
Q. I am interested in coding a e-commerce cart for my site. What is the best language to use for this task. I don't want it to become outdated so I wan't to learn the best language right off the bat. Please just tell me what languages are involved.

Can a state regulate commerce while Congress is?
Q. I have to read a primary source document for US history class. The whole thing talks about some debate about if it's constitutional for states to regulate commerce with other states and countries while Congress is. I've read the whole thing three times and cannot find a straight answer. Help? That helped a lot. Thanks!

A. There are three types of government power in the federal system: national powers, state powers, and co-ordinate powers (those shared by the states and the federal government). Congress (the legislative branch of the national government) has the power to regulate interstate commerce. Congress also has the power to regulate foreign trade. States can regulate trade within their own state. One thing the states cannot do is charge tariffs on goods from other states. If the states want to regulate interstate trade, they can make what is known as an interstate compacts but the national government has to approve it. If some states and some provinces want to make some sort of agreement, they can do that but both the U. S. Government and the… [cont.]
